Our Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time — full refund guaranteed.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

Please include your booking reference number.
Weather Cancellations
If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered:
- Full refund to the original payment method (5–10 business days), or
- Free reschedule to another date of your choice (subject to availability)
The decision to cancel for weather is made by the captain based on sea conditions and safety standards. This decision is final.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time and have not contacted us in advance, this is considered a no-show. No refund is provided for no-shows.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before departure.
