You can book directly on our website by selecting your preferred tour, choosing a date and the number of participants, then completing the checkout. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with your booking details and meeting point information.

Yes! We offer group bookings and private tours. For groups of 10 or more, contact us directly for special rates. Private boat tours can also be arranged for any group size.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. In case of bad weather, we'll offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

We accept Visa and Mastercard for secure online card payments through POK. Tours that offer Pay Later may also be paid in cash in EUR or ALL on the day of the tour.

We recommend bringing: sunscreen (SPF 50+), sunglasses, a hat, a towel, swimwear, a light jacket for the breeze, comfortable shoes, and a waterproof phone case. Water and snacks are provided on most tours.

Most of our tours are family-friendly and suitable for children aged 3+. Life jackets in all sizes are provided. Some adventure tours have a minimum age of 12. Check each tour page for specific age recommendations.

Safety is our top priority. If conditions are unsafe, we'll notify you the evening before or early morning and offer a full refund or free rescheduling. Light rain doesn't usually cancel tours — we provide rain protection when needed.

Our tours range from 3 to 8 hours depending on the itinerary. Half-day tours are typically 5-6 hours. Full-day tours including multiple stops last 7-8 hours. Check each tour page for exact duration.

Absolutely. All our boats are regularly inspected, equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, and GPS tracking. Our captains are licensed and experienced. We follow all maritime safety regulations and carry full insurance.

Yes! Swimming is optional on all tours. Life jackets are provided and swimming stops are in calm, shallow waters. You can stay on the boat during swimming stops if you prefer.

Due to the nature of boat boarding, most tours have limited wheelchair accessibility. Please contact us before booking to discuss your specific needs — we'll do our best to accommodate you.

All tours depart from Rruga Pelivan Leskaj, Vlorë 9402, Albania. You'll receive the exact GPS coordinates and meeting point details in your booking confirmation email.

Hotel pickup is available for select tours and hotels in our area. Check the specific tour page or contact us to arrange pickup. A small surcharge may apply for locations outside the city center.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. We can wait up to 10 minutes past the scheduled time, but to ensure the best experience for all passengers, we cannot delay longer. Late arrivals are non-refundable.
