Legend of Haxhi Ali
Named after Haxhi Ali, an Albanian sailor and warrior from Ulcinj who sought refuge in this cave with his son. Archaeological artifacts found inside — linked to ancient trade routes — confirm the cave was used by traders and travelers for centuries.

The main chamber: 30m deep, 10-12m wide, 18m high. Stalactites and stalagmites formed over millennia. Sunlight reflecting off turquoise water creates an ethereal blue-green glow on the cave walls.

The crystal-clear waters surrounding the cave offer stunning views from the boat with visibility exceeding 15 meters. Swimming and snorkeling are not permitted in this protected area.

Haxhi Ali Cave is definitely an interesting place to visit at least once while exploring the Karaburun Peninsula. The cave is impressive from the sea and the surrounding water is beautiful and crystal clear. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go inside during our visit, but smaller boats can enter the cave. Even seeing it from outside was worth the stop, and next time I would definitely like to explore the inside as well.

Niewiarygodnie piękne miejsce! Gorąco polecam, do jaskini można wpłynąć tylko od strony morza, my byliśmy z "Vlora Boat Trips BoatVentours" i zwiedziliśmy w ten sposób kilka innych miejsc, uważam że naprawdę warto!
