Named after Haxhi Ali, an Albanian sailor and warrior from Ulcinj who sought refuge in this cave with his son. Archaeological artifacts found inside — linked to ancient trade routes — confirm the cave was used by traders and travelers for centuries.
HistoricalCave Interior
The main chamber: 30m deep, 10-12m wide, 18m high. Stalactites and stalagmites formed over millennia. Sunlight reflecting off turquoise water creates an ethereal blue-green glow on the cave walls.

The massive natural limestone arch rising 18 meters above sea level. Best photographed from the approaching boat — one of the most iconic views on the Albanian Riviera.
ViewpointCliff Waterfall
A natural freshwater spring cascading down the cliff face next to the cave entrance, mixing with the turquoise sea below. Visible from the boat as you approach.

The crystal-clear waters surrounding the cave offer stunning views from the boat with visibility exceeding 15 meters. Swimming and snorkeling are not permitted in this protected area.

The cave sits within this protected marine park, home to coral reefs, dolphins, sea turtles, shipwrecks, and over 350 plant species. IUCN Category III natural monument.

People flocked to the beach because there's absolutely nothing to see. There's no sand, so beach shoes are definitely recommended for getting in the water, which is the only nice thing.

W środku same łodzie, smród spalin i papierosów, i niema co oglądac, jedynie wpływanie do jaskini jest ciekawe, ale trzeba mnieć dobre miejsce na łodzi.
